A Common Thread is a multi-disciplinary design studio that focuses on hospitality brand design, residential interior design and product design in the lifestyle and luxury sector. Currently, the brand publishes an edited and curated aesthetic within its niche with the plan to publish original and exclusive content across all its social media handles.
A Common Thread Pte Ltd is seeking a creative, detailed oriented, hardworking and resourceful person with excellent verbal and written communication skills, a passion for social media and an interest in storytelling. This role will require you to be able to consume and create content at a rapid but effective pace and consistently communicate and engage with various people from all walks of life. You will work amongst business owners in marketing and product launches, helping to translate our brand messaging, product offerings, inspiration and opportunities to social media platforms in a unique and engaging way.

Some of the things you will be tasked with in this position are:
- Implement Social Media Posting Schedule
- Track relevant content topics that reach our target demographic.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written) on various social media platforms.
- Collect and analyze social media analytics
- Adjust social media marketing strategy according to the social media analytics obtained
- Read comments from and respond to the Audience
- Capture and Curate Audience Reviews and Feedback
- Create and Manage Social Media Reports communicating efforts and results to management
- Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
- Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
- Demonstrate the ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.
- Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company. Report notable threats to appropriate management.
- Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns.
Some experience with:
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign etc)
- Advanced knowledge of social media and its current best practices (Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube)
- Available and able to work Mon- Fri 5 days per week (40hrs)
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently enrolled in tertiary education, recent grads may also be considered
