Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and content.
- Support the team in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling and basic engagement.
- Help monitor and report on campaign performance and social media metrics.
- Assist in organising promotional events and other marketing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for creative and operational support.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, CRM, and mailing lists.
What You Bring:
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
- Strong interest in marketing and eagerness to learn in a real-world setting.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, RedNote).
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
