4xLabs is looking for a driven and resourceful individual to support our regional growth in Asia Pacific. The Business Development Intern will support the Business Development Lead at our APAC HQ, assuming a variety of sales-related roles and responsibilities. This is a unique opportunity for you to join a passionate team that is revolutionising the cash exchange market with our Biz4x platform for money changers and Get4x platform for travellers. Depending on interest and performance, this may eventually lead to a full-time role with the company.
Responsibilities
- Following up with sales leads from various sources via email, phone or face-to-face meetings
- Qualifying various leads and moving them through the conversion funnel to a paid subscription
- Acquiring money changer customer leads from various online and offline sources (website, directories, events, associations)
- Assisting in onboarding new clients and pitching to potential new customers with sales demos
- Client account management; building and maintaining relationships with money changer partners across the region
- Assisting in reviewing current CRM processes and preparation of account status reports
- Creating sales demos and related resources to educate existing and potential new clients on new features and the value of the Biz4x solution
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter
- Service-oriented mindset
- Diploma or degree holder
- Fluency in one other Asian language is a bonus
- Effective hands-on multi-tasker
- Interested in fintech start-up culture
- Ability to work part or full-time for up to six months
- International applicants must be eligible for the Singapore Work Holiday Pass
