Project Administrative Intern (FT/PT)

Responsibilities:

• Work with Project Managers to track event timelines
• Development of guides for customized registration flows
• Creation and scheduling of event-specific digital marketing
• Produce weekly progress reports based on client requirements
• Managing other administrative tasks to ensure the success of event deliverables

Requirements:

• Highly detail-oriented to ensure the details and timeline are executed accurately.
• Excellent organizational skills
• A knack for problem-solving
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum 3 months commitment
