Job Description

• Provide thoughtful, strategic insights into users needs and help ideate actions for product, marketing, and engineering leadership to implement 
• Build and maintain amicable relationships with our users
• Engage in the larger city community by attending events and networking with local start-ups and organizations
• Be responsible for our social media outreach via popular platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
• Gather feedback on preferred content
• Plan and organise offline events for users
• Ensure high client satisfaction with project delivery

Requirements

1) Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to put people at ease 
• Ability to use both Windows and Mac OS, proficient at using basic office software tools (MS Office, Google Docs, Dropbox, etc) 
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Basic Excel proficiency and knowledge of marketing metrics - candidates should also be familiar with metrics used to gauge success of online campaigns launched (engagement, CAC, CPL etc.)
• Proficient in connecting and engaging audience
