Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Business Development team to onboard and integrate new clients

  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the client experience

  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.

  • Working closely with other functional teams spanning across marketing, business development, operations, and product, for timeline planning and execution, to ensure the success of clients’ projects.

  • Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.

  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.

  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.

  • Communicating clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

  • Calculating and analyzing project ROI 

  • Forecasting and tracking account metrics, i.e. deliverables, expenses and revenue

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative major required.

  • 1 - 2 years of solid hands-on experience in account management preferably in startup, fitness or lifestyle industry, with a strong performance record

  • Comfortable with negotiations, preferably having handled past relationships with top decision-makers

  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.

  • A self-starter and motivated individual
