Job Description
  • 5 day work week
  • Basic (listed on portal) + Commission + Variable Bonus
  • Rotating shift hours (10am - 7pm, 5pm - 2am)

About 35A:

35A is a private F&B dining club for our members specialising in the display and service of wines, alcohols, liquors and spirits as well as cigar and tobacco. Our company seeks an outgoing, well-spoken Sales Ambassador to help promote our products. Primary responsibilities involve developing and maintain current client relationships that are sustainable and beneficial to our Organisation. We are looking for someone who is as passionate about our products as we are and can communicate that excitement to our customers at 35A Scotts. Our ideal applicant would have some retail or sales experience and is comfortable speaking to clients about the products our company has to offer.

· Drive sales through promotion of our products and positively representing our brand

· Responsible for maintaining and developing good relationships with existing customers through regular contact

· Assist in preparation of sales order, sales information and other internal documents required for our members

· Ensure good customer service and after sales service

· Work together with sales team to achieve monthly KPIs/targets

· Support and assist the daily operations of the club as assigned by the General Manager

Job Requirements:

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin for business communication needs

· At least 1 – 2 year(s) of retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience

· Have experience in F&B sales or Alcohol/Liquor sales is a plus

· Productivity and results-driven individual

· Willing to learn and improve, not afraid to get your hands dirty when necessary

· Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment & work independently as well as in a team
