We are a fast-growing start-up in the automotive space aiming to disrupt the automotive ecosystem. Since its launch in mid-2019, we are now the fastest growing online car marketplace in Singapore, and we have big plans for 2021 and beyond!
We are looking for a UX Researcher who is passionate about technology and user experience to join our team and build the leading automotive marketplace in Singapore and in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with UI/UX designers and tech team to ideate, conceptualize and implement UX solutions
- Conduct research interviews, usability testing, and support research panel
- Interpret qualitative and quantitative data, presenting findings as actionable recommendations through user journey maps, empathy maps, and personas
- Assist designers in creating screens and wireframes
Requirements:
- Strong ability to grasp the product vision, product goals and communicate them clearly and regularly to the team
- Demonstrated track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of UX research processes, data analysis, and information architecture
- Hands-on experience with Figma/Sketch/Adobe Xd
- Be a resourceful, motivated, and enthusiastic team player
- Psychology, and Sociology majors is a plus
