We are looking for a fun and vibrant team player who cares deeply about delivering great experiences for our guests! You will be helping our members and guests feel their best!

Role:

• Prepare, clean and tidy spa premises
• Be fully aware of the daily booking programmed and to update any changes to the reception
• Consult and recommend suitable services & treatment to guest
• Perform body/foot massage and treatments with high quality service
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment
• Recommend follow up sessions and home care products
• Engage and interact with guest, ensure their comfort and wellbeing is taken care of
• Have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Spa and club's policy and procedure
• Report any guests comments or complaints to the Manager as soon as convenient

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Possess certification in ITEC/CIBTAC/CIDESCO/WSQ or equivalent -Basic conversational English
• High standard of personal hygiene and personal grooming is compulsory
• Enjoys engagement and interaction with guests
• Able to commit on weekends and public holidays
