Job Description

The team is being built, and we are looking for an intern (with the possibility to convert to a permanent position) to assist with all aspects of day-to-day business. The company is focused on business owners and investors interested in commercial and industrial real estate as well as in shophouses and apartments.

Day-to-day you will:

  • Maintain the agenda for the director and team
  • Maintain the weekly communication and marketing calendar
  • Help producing drafts for all types of content based on the calendar for the week
  • Discuss, finalise and edit all content in consultation with management
  • Publish all content
  • Handle incoming enquiries independently
  • Make appointments with prospects, customers and partners
  • Reply to standard questions for information about objects and projects
  • Handle the administrative tasks related to preparing and closing real estate transactions including but not limited to letters of intent, tenancy agreements, lease extensions, option agreements and sale and purchase agreements
  • Collect and file documentation of objects, buyers and sellers
  • Support the background checking of prospects and clients
  • Organise and file all documentation related to project, objects and transactions

And any other tasks that come across.

Your Profile

You are a hands-on and can-do person, with good communication skills, versatile in basic computer programs.

  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work with and edit written material as well as video
  • Self-motivated and adaptive
  • Hands-on with strong focus on results
  • Service-oriented with a proven ability to prioritise tasks
  • A basic understanding of the real estate market
  • Having worked in a small to medium sized environment is a pré
