Roles and Requirement 

1. To respond to all email and phone inquiry independtly 
2. To download and perform data documentation 
3. Preparation and submission of quotation , POs , DOs, Invoices , claims , contracts and other documents when required
4. Scheduling , planning and deployment for events and training classes
5. Communication with clients and students 
6. Provide adminstrative support to operations, HR and Accounts 
7. To manage client feedback and escalate to the management , if needed
8. To manage the different aspect of adminstrative duty 

Requirements 

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiar using Google Drive, Sharefile & Quickbooks will be an advantage
• Able to speak and write in English , Mandarin fluently 
• At least 1 year experience
• Able to work remotely at home.
