Bash Party Store – Content & Design Intern

Bash Party Store helps Singapore parents get their kids' birthday goodie bags sorted. Every order is made to order and packed by hand. Our bags are snack-free: mini sensory kits, creative activity sets and themed packs, finished with personalised name tags and stickers that we print and cut ourselves.

We're a small, founder-led team. You'll work directly with the founder, so your ideas get tried quickly instead of waiting for approval.

Content

• Come up with content ideas: Reels, TikToks, product shots, behind-the-scenes packing
• Film content and appear in it, at our office, at events and outdoors
• Edit short videos and design simple graphics (CapCut, Canva)
• Keep our content library organised: label and file footage, and track what's been posted and how it did

Production

• Run our print & cut operations (Silhouette Cameo) to make custom stickers and name tags
• Prepare artwork files for printing, and check every name and spelling before cutting

Who we're looking for

• You enjoy shooting & filming on mobile
• You're comfortable on camera
• You notice details. A typo on a child's name tag means doing it again
• You learn fast and like hands-on work. Some days you'll go from filming to cutting stickers
• Experience creating content is a plus (your own account, school projects or client work all count)
• Canva or CapCut skills are a plus

Details

• Duration: 3–6 months, starts in Dec26
• Schedule: 5 days a week, flexible hours
• Allowance: $600–$800 a month
• Location: our office at Tampines, with some filming at events and outdoors
