And that's where you come in.

The RoleWe're looking for a Founder Content & Storytelling Intern to work closely with our founder to document the journey of building and running a creative agency.

Think behind-the-scenes content, day-in-the-life videos, creative insights, personal reflections, entrepreneurial experiences and everything in between.

You'll help turn real conversations, everyday experiences and spontaneous moments into engaging content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

This isn't just about following someone around with a camera.

We're looking for someone who can recognise a good story, ask interesting questions, spot content opportunities and bring ideas to life.

You'll have the opportunity to develop content from concept to execution, while gaining a firsthand understanding of what goes into running a creative business.
What You'll Be DoingContent Creation & Production

• Document the founder's day-to-day activities, meetings, creative discussions and production experiences.
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage during shoots, events and other agency activities.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts.
• Develop engaging storytelling formats, including vlogs, talking-head videos and documentary-style content.
• Organise and manage footage, content libraries and project files.

Creative & Storytelling

• Brainstorm content ideas based on the founder's experiences, opinions and industry insights.
• Identify interesting moments and turn them into engaging stories.
• Research trends, storytelling formats and content opportunities.
• Assist with scripting, storyboarding and content planning.
• Experiment with different editing styles, pacing and creative approaches.

Social Media & Personal Branding

• Support the development of the founder's personal brand and online presence.
• Help plan, schedule and publish content across social platforms.
• Write engaging captions and adapt content for different audiences.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
• Work alongside Bellow's creative team to identify opportunities where founder-led content can support the agency's brand.
• Who We're Looking ForCurrently pursuing a diploma or degree in Mass Communication, Film, Digital Media, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Passionate about storytelling, filmmaking, social media and content creation.
• Comfortable filming with a camera or smartphone.
• Familiar with editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar tools.
• Has a good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube content.
• Curious, observant and able to recognise interesting stories in everyday situations.
• Comfortable communicating, asking questions and sharing creative ideas.
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently.
• Open to feedback and willing to experiment with different creative approaches.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone with initiative and a genuine interest in storytelling.

You don't need a huge portfolio or years of experience. Personal projects, social media videos, vlogs and experimental content are all welcome.
