Founded by entertainment icon Ice Cube, BIG3 is a professional 3-on-3 basketball league that brings together world-class basketball talent, entertainment, street culture and a global fan community, creating a unique sports and entertainment experience.

As we grow BIG3 as a major sports and entertainment property across Asia, we're looking for a motivated, creative and resourceful individual to join our team. You'll play a key role in driving our marketing initiatives, supporting commercial partnerships and bringing major events and fan experiences to life.

The Role
This is a hybrid role that offers exposure across partnerships, marketing and event operations.

You'll work closely with the Director, BIG3, coordinating marketing initiatives, supporting commercial partnerships, and helping deliver high-profile events and activations. No two days will look exactly the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and is excited to learn.

We're less concerned about years of experience and more interested in attitude, ownership and a willingness to get things done.

What You’ll Do
Marketing & Communications

• Take ownership of planning, coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR and on-ground channels.
• Develop creative marketing ideas and initiatives to drive brand awareness, audience engagement and ticket sales.
• Manage social media content calendars, campaign schedules and marketing deliverables.
• Coordinate website updates, content development and digital marketing activities.
• Work closely with internal teams, external marketing, PR and creative agencies, as well as BIG3's international marketing team.
• Support media relations, influencer collaborations, community engagement and promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, track key marketing metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

Partnerships & Commercial Support

• Support the development of commercial partnerships, sponsorships and brand collaborations.
• Conduct research on prospective partners, sponsors and new business opportunities.
• Assist in developing partnership proposals, presentations and creative brand activation concepts.
• Coordinate communications, meetings and follow-ups with partners, agencies and stakeholders.
• Work closely with the commercial and marketing teams to integrate sponsor activations into marketing campaigns and event experiences.
• Coordinate and track sponsorship deliverables to ensure partner commitments are fulfilled.

Events & Project Management

• Support the planning and execution of events, brand activations, community initiatives and fan experiences.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, agencies and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage assigned project timelines, milestones and deliverables, ensuring tasks are followed through to completion.
• Work across marketing, commercial, creative and operations teams to keep projects aligned and on track.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and workstreams, proactively identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
• Provide hands-on support during event setup, execution and post-event activities.
• Contribute to new projects, business initiatives and opportunities as BIG3 expands across Asia.

What We’re Looking For

• 0-3 years of work experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Background in Marketing, Business, Communications, Events or a related field is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, resourceful and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership
• Interest in sports, events, partnerships or entertainment is a bonus
