AIA Singapore – Winter Finance Intern

We are looking for a driven, curious, and ambitious individual to join our financial advisory team as a Finance Intern. This is a hands-on, client-facing internship designed to give you real industry exposure from day one, beyond routine administrative tasks.

You will be mentored by experienced financial advisors, gain practical experience in wealth advisory, build your professional network, and develop valuable skills to support your long-term career in finance.

This opportunity is open exclusively to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs).

What You Will Be Doing

• Participate in a structured apprenticeship programme in financial advisory, working alongside senior advisors on real client cases.

• Learn how to engage clients and understand their financial needs, goals, and risk profiles.

• Prepare for and sit industry-required licensing examinations, with all examination fees fully covered.

• Attend networking sessions and industry events to expand your professional connections.

• Build your personal brand and strengthen your résumé for a future career in finance.

• Collaborate with a close-knit, supportive team that values ambition, teamwork, and personal growth.
