Quartz Global – HR Intern

We are a growing sales and marketing company specialising in face-to-face brand experiences and customer engagement. Working with established MNCs across various industries, we help our clients connect with their target audiences through events, campaigns and direct engagement. 

What You'll Be Doing

• Source and connect with potential candidates through job platforms and social media
• Screen applications and identify suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
• Conduct initial candidate calls and follow-ups
• Assist with job postings and recruitment campaigns
• Support onboarding and other HR activities
• Learn how the recruitment process works from sourcing → interview → selection → onboarding

Who We're Looking For

• Students, fresh graduates or anyone interested in starting a career in HR/recruitment
• Good communication and people skills
• Confident speaking to new people
• Proactive, organised and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• No prior recruitment experience required — training provided
