The Role

Aid is looking for an Architectural Coordinator to support the technical coordination and delivery of architectural and interior projects.

You will work across drawings, materials, technical submissions, production, and site execution, coordinating with architects, designers, contractors, suppliers, and installers to ensure projects are delivered accurately and efficiently.

This role is suited for someone with strong technical judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to take ownership of coordination tasks from design through completion.

What You’ll Work On

Technical Coordination

- Review architectural, interior, and shop drawings for dimensions, details, interfaces, and constructability

- Prepare and update shop drawings, technical details, schedules, and project documentation

- Resolve discrepancies between design intent, site conditions, product requirements, and fabrication constraints

- Coordinate materials, finishes, junctions, fixing methods, and installation requirements

Project & Site Coordination

- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and installers

- Manage material submissions, samples, mock-ups, technical queries, and approvals

- Attend site meetings, inspections, measurements, and coordination sessions where required

- Track drawing revisions, approvals, production requirements, and outstanding coordination items

- Identify issues early and follow through until resolution

Production & Delivery

- Translate approved designs into clear information for production and installation

- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers on dimensions, fabrication details, finishes, and delivery requirements

- Support quantity checks, material planning, procurement, and project scheduling

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date drawings, records, and project documentation

What We’re Looking For

- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Building, Construction, or a related discipline

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin

- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction

- Good spatial awareness and technical problem-solving ability

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills

- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities independently

- Proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned work

Proficiency in AutoCAD is expected.

Experience with SketchUp, Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, or related software is an advantage.

Compensation

Basic Salary: S$3,200–S$4,200/month

Final compensation will depend on experience, technical capability, and level of project responsibility.
