Job Description

Are you a strategic thinker looking for a stepping stone into the world of digital marketing?

You will receive guided training and hands-on experience across various aspects of content marketing and growth strategies. Working alongside our team, you'll contribute to projects for our clients and our in-house initiatives, helping to grow and deliver top-notch results.

  • Proposal Creation: Collaborate with account managers, designers, interns, and other team members to develop compelling proposals that align with client briefs and industry best practices. Conduct relevant research and ensure proposals are strategically sound, well-presented, and effectively communicate the agency’s capabilities and recommendations.
  • Content Planning & Social Media Management: Develop and manage content plans for both internal organic channels and client accounts. Work closely with the Account Manager to manage assigned social media accounts, including content scheduling, publishing, caption development, community management, and ensuring deliverables are completed according to the agreed content calendar.
  • Content Shoots & Production Support: Attend and support client and internal content shoots alongside the team. Assist with shoot preparation, shot lists, content references, on-site coordination, and capturing social-first content where required. Work with the Account Manager, designers, videographers, and editors to ensure content produced aligns with the approved strategy and platform requirements.
  • Digital Campaign Assistance: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid media, and other relevant digital channels. Assist with asset coordination, campaign setup, performance tracking, reporting, and identifying opportunities for optimisation.
  • Research & Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, platform developments, competitor activity, emerging content formats, and digital marketing best practices. Translate relevant findings into actionable ideas for client accounts, proposals, and internal marketing.
  • Client & Account Support: Work alongside Account Managers on assigned accounts and support the day-to-day execution of digital marketing deliverables. Participate in client meetings where required to gather insights, discuss content plans, present ideas, and contribute to strategic discussions.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend in-person team meetings every Tuesday and Wednesday to review project progress, brainstorm creative ideas, troubleshoot challenges, and align on priorities and strategy. Collaborate proactively across account management, creative, media, and production teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Flexible Digital Marketing Responsibilities: This is a fluid, hands-on role under the broader umbrella of digital marketing. Responsibilities may evolve depending on client needs, campaigns, and agency priorities. The team member may be required to support areas including social media, content creation, shoots, research, proposals, campaign execution, reporting, influencer/KOL coordination, and other digital marketing initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Proactive and Team Player: Must be proactive in seeking opportunities, contributing ideas, and collaborating effectively with team members. A team player who can thrive in a collaborative environment.

  • Fast Self-Learner: Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, tools, and industry trends to adapt to the fast-paced nature of digital marketing.

  • Articulate Communication: Strong communication skills to articulate ideas clearly, present proposals confidently with the team, and handle client pitches effectively.

Qualifications

  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field — fresh grads/entry level applicants are welcome to apply

  • Strong command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Demonstrated experience in content creation and proposal writing, ideally within a digital marketing or creative agency setting.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and comfortable working in a collaborative, cloud-based environment.

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and core digital marketing strategies (e.g., social media, email marketing, paid media) is highly desirable.

  • (Optional) But tell us if you have experience using: Not just theoretical familiarity.

    • Email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
