Guotai Junan International is a diversified financial services company whose core business activities include brokerage, wealth management and investment management. The company has been building up its presence in Singapore to complement its existing businesses in Greater China and serve a wider range of customers, and offer new business and financial products and services to meet evolving investors’ needs in the region. 

• Trade Support & Lifecycle: Assist with the daily trade lifecycle, helping to ensure accurate trade capture, tracking confirmations, and monitoring settlements.

• Reconciliation & NAV Validation: Support the team in daily cash and position reconciliations, help investigate discrepancies, and learn the process of fund NAV validation.

• Expense & Fee Tracking: Help monitor fund expenses, accruals, and fee collections, ensuring records are up-to-date for management and performance fee processing.

• Portfolio & Launch Support: Assist senior operations professionals and portfolio managers with daily cash monitoring and provide administrative support for new fund launches.

• Compliance & Vendor Management: Support the onboarding process for brokers and fund administrators by assisting with KYC, AML documentation, and basic due diligence checks.

• Risk Mitigation & Data Tools: Help monitor fund data across platforms (such as Bloomberg) and review daily reconciliation reports to flag potential operational risks
