Alluora Pte Ltd – Digital Marketing Intern

Alluora is a Singapore-based skincare brand that has been helping customers achieve brighter, healthier skin since 2013, with a focus on dark spot correction, pigmentation, and skin brightening. The brand has earned recognition as one of Singapore's top skincare names, with award-winning products such as the BioYouth Recovery Complex Serum and Dewy Moisturiser, both honored at industry awards including Vanité World 2025 and the GirlStyle Beauty Awards 2024. 

• Assist in creating and updating product listings, descriptions, and artwork across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our website
• Support the setup and tracking of promotions, discounts, and bundle deals (e.g. Flexi Combo, seasonal sets)
• Monitor and help analyze ad campaign performance (ROAS, spend, and returns across paid ad tools like Sponsored Max and Mega Sales Accelerator)
• Support livestream selling events — coordinating with hosts, prepping product info, and tracking real-time performance
• Create and edit short-form video content and social media assets
• Assist with basic customer engagement and social media content
• Help with competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Ad Hoc Task Assigned

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, or a related field
• Must be familiar with Canva, CapCut, and video editing
• Knowledge of Photoshop is an advantage
• Interest in e-commerce, social commerce, and digital advertising
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data (training provided)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced small-team environment
