REACH Community Services was founded in 1998 by Grace Assembly of God Church with the mission to help the Least, the Lost, and the Lonely in the community. As a nonprofit social service agency, REACH strives to inspire hope and empower change in people we serve, regardless of age, race, language, or religion. Our outreach spans across ten (10) community touchpoints, delivering diverse programmes and services through four (4) core services: Family, Counselling & Mental Health, Youth and Senior.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns and events

• Assist with event logistics, including registration, venue setup, vendor coordination, and on-site event operations

• Coordinate with sponsors and partners to ensure smooth event delivery

• Support donor stewardship by assisting with thank-you letters, and post-event follow-ups

• Provide support in developing fundraising materials, presentations, and sponsorship proposals

• Assist with administrative work

Job Requirements

• Strong interest in fundraising and event management

• Good time management skills with attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Basic proficiency in Canva

• A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude

• Passion for community work and social impact

• Available for a minimum of 3–6 month
