Our projects range from corporate dinners and team-building events to music concerts, live shows and other large-scale events. We work closely with clients and partners to develop creative concepts and deliver memorable experiences from planning through to on-site execution.
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and execution-driven Event Executive Intern to join our team. This role goes beyond marketing , you will be involved in both event planning and on-ground execution, including concerts, showcases, and lifestyle events.
We are seeking someone who not only generates ideas, but is also hands-on and able to bring concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Brainstorm and propose creative marketing ideas for events (concerts, showcases, lifestyle events)
- Execute event from idea to rollout (social media posts, content, activations)
- Create and publish content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Xiaohongshu, etc.)
- Assist in on-ground event execution (setup, coordination, crowd engagement)
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, and partners to ensure deliverables are completed
- Manage timelines and ensure tasks are followed through to completion
- Monitor campaign performance and actively suggest improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in events, marketing, and entertainment
- A doer mindset – able to take initiative and execute, not just ideate
- Creative with a good sense of current trends and social media content
- Comfortable being hands-on (both online and on-site during events)
- Basic skills in Canva / CapCut / Adobe tools is a plus
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in content creation or managing social media pages
- Passion for concerts, music, or live entertainment
- Able to multitask and adapt quickly during live event situations
