The Opportunity
We are looking for a Marketing Intern who is passionate about video production and organic social media content. This role is ideal for someone creative, hands-on, and interested in creating engaging short-form videos and social posts that grow our brand organically.
You’ll be involved in the full content process — from coming up with content ideas and filming to editing, publishing, and monitoring performance.
What You Will Do
Create short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Assist with video planning, filming, editing, and post-production
Develop organic social media posts, including video, graphics, and captions
Brainstorm creative content ideas based on social media trends and audience interests
Assist in creating content calendars and scheduling organic posts
Repurpose existing content into different formats for various social platforms
Stay updated on social media trends, formats, sounds, and content styles
Monitor basic organic content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement
Support other content and marketing activities when needed
What We Are Looking For
Strong interest in video content creation and social media
Comfortable with filming and editing short-form videos
Familiar with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar
Good understanding of platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Creative and able to turn ideas into engaging content
Strong attention to detail and willingness to experiment with different content formats
Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Portfolio or examples of previous video/social media work are a plus
