1. Help source for story ideas, especially F&B-related news
2. Assist editors to gather quotes from newsmakers in the food industry, such as hawkers, caf/restaurant owners, etc.
3. Fact-check articles
4. Write some articles, if editorial aptitude is demonstrated
5. Edit photos and upload stories on to the website
6. Snap photos/videos for social media and upload posts
7. Occasionally visit eateries to sample food, snap pics and interview hawkers, where appropriate
Qualifications
1. A keen interest in food and a flair for writing
2. Solid communication skills
3. Knowledge in Photoshop and video editing a plus
4. A meticulous, independent worker
5. Sound knowledge in digital media and various digital platforms
