Freelance Graphic Designer (Event Marketing Collaterals)
We are looking for a creative and reliable Freelance Graphic Designer yearly event projects.
Responsibilities
- Design professional email invitations (EDMs)
- Design social media posts
- Design large-format event backdrops
- Design event plaques and award-related materials
- Design additional event marketing collaterals as required (e.g. standees, social media posts, banners, signages, etc.)
- Prepare print-ready artwork according to production specifications
- Revise designs based on client feedback
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the event branding and theme
Requirements
- Proven experience designing event marketing collaterals
- Strong portfolio showcasing email invitations, event backdrops, and print materials
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent design software
- Good understanding of print production requirements and large-format artwork preparation
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
Preferred
- Experience working on corporate events, conferences, award ceremonies, or gala dinners
- Motion graphics or simple animation skills are a plus
