Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven and analytical Business Development Intern to support our expansion efforts in Singapore and Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for university students who are interested in strategy, partnerships, and growth, with exposure to real-world deal sourcing and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support identification and research of potential business opportunities and high-traffic locations
• Assist in evaluating site feasibility (footfall, demographics, accessibility, ROI potential)
• Help prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch materials for partners and landlords
• Support outreach and communication with potential partners (e.g., landlords, venue owners)
• Assist in tracking deal pipelines and maintaining CRM records
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support expansion strategy
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing) to support project execution
• Support reporting and performance tracking of business development initiatives
