Events & Wellness Ambassador (Part-Time)
Join our energetic Events Team and represent one of Singapore's leading chiropractic groups at corporate wellness events, roadshows and community outreach programmes.
As an Events & Wellness Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for members of the public. You'll conduct simple posture screenings, educate visitors about spinal health, and encourage suitable participants to take advantage of our exclusive event promotions.
This role is ideal for outgoing individuals who enjoy interacting with people and are confident speaking with strangers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct basic posture and spinal screenings (training will be provided)
- Engage passers-by and proactively invite them to participate in complimentary posture checks
- Explain the benefits of good posture and spinal health
- Introduce our chiropractic services and event-exclusive offers
- Recommend suitable packages and assist visitors with registrations and payment
- Maintain accurate records of registrations and appointments
- Set up and pack down event materials
- Represent Healing Hands Chiropractic professionally at all times
Requirements
- Friendly, energetic and confident personality
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with members of the public
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required
- Training will be provided
- Comfortable standing for extended periods during events
Preferred Candidates
- Polytechnic or university students
- Individuals interested in healthcare, physiotherapy, sports science, fitness or wellness
- Those with retail, events, hospitality or sales experience
