MindChamps is seeking a Temporary Project Assistant to support a longitudinal graduate study project focused on understanding the long-term impact of MindChamps pedagogy.
The role will support alumni data collection, outreach coordination, research administration, and project tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and maintain alumni contact databases
- Support outreach to graduates and parents via email/phone
- Track responses and update Excel spreadsheets
- Assist with survey administration and interview coordination
- Conduct basic research and data gathering
- Organise project documents and reporting updates
