Business Development Executive (Full-Time / Part-Time)
We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at OPTRA Labs and help drive our growth. You'll work directly with the founders to identify opportunities, engage prospective clients, and guide SMEs through the early stages of their government funding journey.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and engage SMEs through outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls).
2. Qualify leads and conduct discovery meetings.
3. Manage the sales pipeline from initial outreach to client onboarding.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
5. Work closely with founders to refine sales strategy and improve processes.

3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
*Previous sales or business development experience is a plus, but not required.
