Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Travel & Visa Consultant to join our team.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys customer service, travel planning, visa document preparation, and face-to-face client interaction. You will be based at our retail counter and will assist customers with visa applications, travel enquiries, tour packages, hotel bookings, and related travel services.

Key Responsibilities

Handle walk-in customers, phone calls, WhatsApp, WeChat, and online enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Assist customers with visa application document checking, form preparation, appointment booking, and submission procedures.

Advise customers on required visa documents for different countries, including China, Japan, Korea, Europe, USA, Australia, and other destinations.

Recommend suitable travel products, including tour packages, hotels, transport, attractions, and customized travel arrangements.

Prepare quotations, itineraries, booking confirmations, and customer service follow-ups.

Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, airlines, visa centres, and overseas partners when required.

Support daily counter operations, document filing, payment collection, and administrative duties.

Assist with marketing activities, including social media posts, promotional campaigns, and product updates.

Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support when needed.

Requirements

Fresh polytechnic / college graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Prior experience in travel agency, visa application handling, customer service, sales, or admin work will be an advantage.

Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written, to serve English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking clients.

Detail-oriented and careful with documents, especially passport details, visa forms, travel dates, and customer information.

Good customer service attitude, responsible, patient, and willing to learn.

Comfortable handling walk-in customers and online enquiries.

Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, and Facebook will be an advantage.

Passion for travel and interest in learning about destinations, visa requirements, and travel products.
