Job Description

Administrative Intern

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Administrative Intern to join our growing team. This internship is ideal for students who want to gain practical experience in office administration, business support, and customer service within a growing Singapore SME.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and other business documents.

  • Perform data entry and maintain company records.

  • Organise and manage office filing systems.

  • Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.

  • Support basic social media updates and online marketing activities.

  • Assist with document preparation, reporting, and general office administration.

  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed an ITE, Polytechnic, or University programme.

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.

  • Able to use email, the internet, and common office software confidently.

  • Good communication and organisational skills.

  • Responsible, positive, and willing to learn.

  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.

  • No prior working experience is required. Training will be provided.
