Responsibilities
Bridal Styling & Customer Experience
- Assist during bridal styling appointments.
- Help brides coordinate outfits, jewelry, and accessories.
- Ensure showroom displays and collections are organized and presentation-ready.
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all clients.
- Support customer enquiries via social media and WhatsApp.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Create and film content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments during appointments, photoshoots, and events.
- Edit short-form videos and reels.
- Assist with content planning and scheduling.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
Photoshoots & Campaigns
- Assist in organizing campaign shoots and content days.
- Coordinate styling pieces, jewelry, and accessories for shoots.
- Help prepare mood boards and creative concepts.
- Support models, photographers, makeup artists, and vendors during shoots.
Fashion Merchandising
- Organize and maintain bridal collections and accessories.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization.
- Help prepare new arrivals for display and marketing purposes.
- Ensure products are photographed and documented for online listings.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong interest in fashion, beauty, weddings, or social media.
- Is confident using Instagram, TikTok, and Canva.
- Has basic photo and video editing skills.
- Is creative, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Enjoys interacting with people and providing excellent customer service.
- Is willing to learn and take initiative.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
No prior bridal industry experience is required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are more important.
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
- Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing apps.
- Photography or videography experience.
- Experience managing social media accounts.
- Fashion, marketing, communications, or design background.
