SK Jewellery Group – Content Creation Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and digital savvy intern to join our HR team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both employer branding and employee experience initiatives, helping shape how our company. In addition, you will gain exposure to digital transformation and AI initiatives by assisting with knowledge management and AI-readiness projects.

Key Responsibilities

People Experience & Employer Branding

• Collaborate with the HR team to strengthen the company’s employer brand across social media platforms
• Create compelling employer branding content, including social media campaigns, employee stories, career insights, and workplace highlights
• Monitor and leverage emerging social media trends to develop creative engaging content that increases brand awareness and audience engagement
• Design and delivery of employee experience initiatives that foster workplace culture, strengthen engagement, and encourage collaboration
• Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and team-building events to reinforce organizational culture
• Contribute to the coordination and implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, encouraging employee participation and community involvement

AI & Digital Transformation 

• Support HR digital transformation by migrating and organizing assets and resources into a modern cloud-based digital workspace, improving accessibility, collaboration, and operational efficiency
• Contribute to the development and implementation of AI-driven initiatives by organizing, structuring, and maintaining knowledge assets to support the deployment of AI-powered solutions and internal AI agent
• Assist in preparing and optimizing content, documentation, and data repositories to ensure information is accurate, searchable, and AI-ready
• Gain hands-on exposure to emerging AI technologies and digital workplace solutions while supporting innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline information management processes and enhance the effectiveness of digital and AI-powered tools.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/ diploma in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Marketing/ Communications or related fields
• Strong interest in HR, social media, and workplace culture
• Good written and oral communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Cap cut, video editing software and animation tools
• Outgoing, fun and with excellent creative and storytelling skills and a keen eye for details
• Willing to be part of the video, social media or any other platforms content for employer branding
