Job Description
We’re looking for motivated interns to join our Deskside Engineer Team. This is your chance to gain hands-on IT experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting real users and solving real problems.
What You’ll Do
- First-level IT support: Help end-users via chat, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot issues: Diagnose and fix hardware, software, network, and peripheral problems.
- User account support: Assist with account setup, password resets, and system access.
- IT equipment setup: Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Document solutions: Record incidents and resolutions using IT service management tools.
- Deliver great service: Ensure users get timely, friendly, and effective support.
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for IT: A keen interest in technology and systems.
- Strong communication: Ability to explain solutions clearly and patiently.
- Problem-solving mindset: Resourceful and eager to tackle challenges.
- Basic IT knowledge: Familiarity with desktop/laptop hardware and software.
- Commitment: Available 5.5 days, minimum 6 months. Immediate starters welcome!
