Job Description

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing communications, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and assisting team members with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and documents.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate office activities and administrative procedures.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database management.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Support management and staff with administrative projects and tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
  • Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports when required.
