Job Description

Technical Support

  • Configure and maintain workstations and laptops.
  • Provide software support for end users.
  • Manage IT peripherals including printers, monitors, keyboards, mice etc.
  • Perform technical asset audits.

 

Network & Connectivity Support

  • Assist in troubleshooting wired and wireless network connection issues for office users.
  • Maintain network equipment (switches, routers, access points).
  • Coordinate with external vendors when as required.
  • Assist with maintaining VPN configurations and remote access solutions.

 

IT Helpdesk & User Support

  • Respond to IT support requests.
  • Provide Tier-1 support for common IT issues.
  • Document solutions and keep our internal knowledge base up to date.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems is a must; hands-on macOS experience is highly preferred.
  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addresses, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
  • Familiar with system installations, disk partitioning, and driver management.
  • A great sense of responsibility, a collaborative mindset, and an eagerness to grow as an IT engineer.
  • Conversational in using Chinese is a plus to collaborate effectively with our regional stakeholders.
