Bloom Edu Hub Pte Ltd – Student Affairs Executive

• Provide daily school-related support for families
• Translate and summarize school emails, announcements, and related documents for parents and students
• Assist with school-related matters such as leave applications, school activity registrations, and school system administration
• Assist students with school applications, document preparation, and submission processes
• Handle general administrative duties and documentation
• Perform other duties assigned by the company when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree 
• Proficient in both English and Chinese to communicate effectively with a predominantly Mandarin-speaking customer base.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage tasks independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Prior experience in international schools, education, or student management is preferred
