Responsibilities

• Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing.
• Building strong relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and business stakeholders.
• Understanding client hiring challenges and positioning tailored recruitment solutions.
• Managing consultative sales conversations across multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion opportunities.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success.
• Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting and sales activity within the CRM.
• Contributing to sales strategy, market feedback, and process improvements.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets in a high-growth environment.

Ideal Profile

• You have 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or account management.
• You possess experience managing full-cycle or end-to-end sales processes.
• You are strong in consultative selling and stakeholder management.
• You have experience handling longer and more complex sales cycles.
• You possess a proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
• You are confident in communication, negotiation, and presentation settings.
• You are able to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• You have an interest in technology, AI-driven products, or recruitment solutions.
