Quiver (withquiver.com) is building data pipelines for healthcare. We turn the messy, unstructured reality of a clinical visit into clean, structured data that flows where it needs to go. Archer, our in-product AI assistant, sits on top of that pipeline and handles the busywork doctors shouldn't have to. We're a small, fast-moving team shipping to real clinics every week. Founders write code, talk to doctors, and care a lot about the craft.
We're hiring a full-stack engineer to own features end-to-end across our product. You'll work directly with the founders, ship to production daily, and have a real say in what we build. Expect to move between backend services in Go, TypeScript/React on the frontend, and the LLM orchestration layer that powers Archer — sometimes all in the same week. The work spans new surfaces in our in-product AI assistant (chat, tool use, workflow automation), clinician-facing UI that gets used in real exam rooms, and the backend that handles transcription, billing, and model routing across different providers. You should have shipped real products end-to-end before, ideally at a startup, and be genuinely comfortable in both halves of the stack — strong opinions in one, capable in the other. We care a lot about UX for non-technical users (doctors don't read your tooltips), so taste matters. Experience with LLM apps, streaming/SSE, or healthcare is a bonus, not a requirement.
