Job Description

Be the friendly face that welcomes clients and creates a great studio experience from start to finish.

What you’ll do:

  • Greet and assist clients warmly at the studio
  • Handle check-ins, bookings, and payments
  • Answer enquiries (in-person, phone, WhatsApp, email)
  • Share class info, promotions, and membership options
  • Follow up with clients and help them stay engaged
  • Support daily operations (opening/closing, admin tasks)
  • Keep the studio clean, organised, and well-stocked
  • Assist during events and help create simple social content
