We are looking for a detail‑oriented and hands‑on Intern to support our manufacturing operations and SAP implementation project. This internship offers practical exposure to SAP Manufacturing modules, production data management, and real‑world factory operations.
The intern will work closely with the Factory Manager, production team and project team to support data cleansing, system updates, and documentation during the SAP project phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleanse, validate, and maintain master data for SAP Manufacturing modules
- Prepare and update Excel templates for SAP data upload and migration
- Assist in keying in and maintaining transactional data in SAP under guidance
- Work closely with the Factory Manager to reconcile system data with actual production records
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and SAP go‑live preparation activities
- Document business processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as required
- Assist with ad‑hoc operational and project support tasks
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in:
- Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing)
- Supply Chain / Operations Management
- Business Analytics / Information Systems
- Or related disciplines
- Strong Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation)
- Comfortable working with large data sets and repetitive tasks with high accuracy
- Willing to work closely with shopfloor and production data
- Good attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
- Able to communicate clearly and escalate issues when unsure
Good to Have
- Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or production processes
- Experience in data cleansing, reporting, or process documentation
