We are looking for a motivated intern who has interest in engineering and construction works while gaining exposure on the accounts payable sector. The internship is ideal for students pursing Business Administration, Electrical, or related engineering disciplines who are keen to learn, contribute and build a strong foundation for their future engineering career.
- Handling in walk in and call enquiries
- Receive, review, and verify invoices and payment requests
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies
- Assist in monthly closing activities and reporting related to AP
- Maintain accounts payable records, including invoice tracking and reconciliation
Do note that there may be no CPF contribution for the intern, if this is a credit bearing internship.
