PractoPal is an Optical Management Software built specifically for optical retailers. We help independent optical stores and small-to-mid chains streamline operations, enhance patient experience, and drive growth through a single integrated platform.
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Intern to support our growth across digital channels, content, and on-ground initiatives. This role is execution-focused — ideal for someone who wants real startup exposure and ownership.
You will work closely with the founder and team on brand building, lead generation, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content & Social Media
- Create content for:
- LinkedIn (founder + company page)
- Instagram (client wins, features, events)
- Draft captions, posts, and short-form storytelling
- Support simple design work (Canva/Figma)
2. Performance & Lead Generation
- Assist in running:
- Facebook / Instagram ads
- LinkedIn campaigns
- Help manage landing pages (WordPress)
- Track performance metrics (CTR, leads, conversions)
3. CRM & Marketing Ops
- Support EDM campaigns and WhatsApp outreach
- Maintain lead lists and segmentation
- Assist in campaign setup (promotions, announcements)
4. Client & Field Marketing
- Support onboarding content (guides, announcements)
- Assist during:
- Client visits
- Events / roadshows (e.g. MOF, store launches)
- Capture content (photos/videos) for marketing use
5. Research & Growth Projects
- Competitor and market research
- SEO keyword research
- Support new initiatives (e.g. reseller program, marketplace)
