Job Description

Ochre Pictures, Singapore | April 2026 to May 2026

Assisted the production team on an English drama series, gaining hands-on experience in scripted production workflows, including on-set coordination, cast support, and day-to-day production operations from pre-production through principal photography and wrap.

Key Contributions:

 

• Supported producers and assistant directors with scheduling, call sheets, and daily shoot planning

• Assisted with on-set coordination, ensuring smooth communication between departments (camera, sound, art, wardrobe, etc.)

• Managed cast and extras movement, including coordinating holding areas and ensuring timely readiness for scenes

• Assisted with equipment setup, movement, and breakdown across various filming locations

• Handled production paperwork, including release forms, talent documents, and petty cash claims

• Supported continuity by assisting with basic script supervision and noting key details during takes

• Ran on-set errands and provided general support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
