  • Budget & Resource Management: Assist in tracking project expenses, securing equipment, and managing resources.

  • Talent & Crew Coordination: Liaise with talent, crew, and external vendors to confirm logistics and requirements.

  • On-Set Support: Provide hands-on assistance during production, ensuring operations run smoothly and issues are resolved quickly.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records (contracts, releases, budgets) and generate status reports for producers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience/Education: A certificate in film, media, communications, or related fields is beneficial; previous production experience or internships a plus.

  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and proficient with scheduling tools.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; comfortable speaking with multiple stakeholders.

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with production equipment and software (e.g., project management tools, basic editing programs) is an advantage.

  • Problem-Solving: Able to anticipate and address production challenges proactively.

  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset, ready to adapt to changing priorities with a positive attitude.
