AiChat Pte Ltd – Management Trainee

We’re looking for a Management Trainee Intern to support our Sales & Marketing efforts while collaborating closely with our Product team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn how an AI startup operates from the inside — while contributing to real projects that impact customers and growth.

You’ll gain exposure to cross-functional work across sales, marketing, and product, helping us refine our go-to-market strategy and improve user experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in market research, lead generation, and sales/marketing campaign support.

• Create sales decks, reports, and marketing content.

• Support the Product team with testing, feedback collection, and user insights.

• Help develop product user guides, onboarding materials, and documentation for customers.

• Create and edit video tutorials and walkthrough content to explain product features and use cases.

• Collaborate on improving customer education and adoption through clear, engaging content.

• Participate in cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, high-tech startup environment.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate student in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

• Strong interest in AI, technology, and startups.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Comfortable creating written content and basic presentation materials; interest in video content creation is a plus.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
