Task
- Edit short videos for TikTok, repurpose to Xiaohongshu
Create and manage Facebook and Instagram posts (schedule, captions, comments)
Turn raw footage into 15–60 sec reels
Basic caption writing
Upload & optimize posts (hashtags, cover, timing)
Skills
CapCut / Premiere Pro / any other editing
Understanding of short-form content trends
Basic Mandarin is a must (for Xiaohongshu)
