We Offer

As Executive, Transhipment Export (6 Months Contract) you will join a dynamic team to handle all transhipment containers (laden+ empty) in Singapore. You will also have the opportunity to work and communicate across geographical and cultural borders that will enable you to build a strong professional network.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Team Lead, Transhipment Export, you will coordinate, tally, and consolidate export vessel loading figures for presentation to the Regional Operations and Capacity Team, ensuring all S.E.A. ports load within their assigned allocations.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Support the declaration of transhipment containers in Portnet accurately and on time.
- Ensure containers are loaded onto the correct connecting carriers.
- Prepare loading information for the Asia Regional Office (vessel details, load ports, TEUs, weight).
- Liaise with regional and port teams when vessels are full to arrange alternative solutions.
- Arrange 3rdparty feeder space when needed.
- Follow up on Rollover Lists, ShutOut Lists and VIP Lists.
- Receive manifests from Import Documentation / Load Ports for all vessels discharging in Singapore.
- Apply for Dangerous Goods (DG/IMO) loading approval via MSC DG Medlog online system.
- Prepare DG List, Reefer List and Exceptional List for vessel Masters.
- Send Rollover Advices to Ports of Origin, Load Ports, and Discharging Ports.
- Ensure customs declarations are submitted correctly and on time (Cuscar & overseas preload requirements).
- Ensure SG Customs permit approval for precursor shipments.
- Support internal improvement projects to enhance processes and efficiency within the team.
Qualifications
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum a diploma in any aspects, preferably with relations to Shipping/Logistics
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship or past temporary experience may be considered
