Type: Internship | 6 months and above | Hybrid

Start Date: March 2026

Working Hours: 9am – 5pm

Remuneration: $1000–1200/month

Role Description

This is a paid Internship role for a Learning Operations Intern at ENiBLE, located in Singapore. As a Projects Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the end-to-end project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include managing various aspects of learning and development projects and assisting with ongoing internal initiatives to streamline and upgrade company processes for greater efficiency and impact.

What You’ll Do

Primary Roles:

Process Improvement & Project Support

  • Support ongoing internal projects aimed at streamlining workflows and upgrading operational processes.
  • Assist in documenting and refining internal procedures for smoother coordination.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for efficiency and automation in learning operations.

Business Development Support

  • Assist in preparing tender applications, proposals, and quotations.
  • Help gather and organize documentation required for submissions.
  • Conduct research on potential clients and training opportunities.

Training Preparation & Delivery

  • Assist facilitators with end-to-end preparation of training materials, logistics, and certificates.
  • Manage and launch client profiling and assessment tools where necessary.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Students or fresh graduates in L&D, HR, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Comfortable with research, data organization, and document preparation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
