Job Description

Role Overview

The Intern will provides support on the commercial and operations activities, gaining hands-on exposure to the marine fuel/ bunkering industry. This role involves a mix exposures including lead generation, sales, administrative support, operational coordination, and other general ad-hoc tasks, providing a broad learning experience across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Commercial Support

  • Assist in identifying and generating potential customer leads through research and outreach

  • Maintain and update customer and prospect databases

  • Support the team in preparing basic commercial materials and presentations

  • Track and report on leads and follow-up status

Paperwork & Administrative Tasks

  • Assist with preparation and filing of operational and commercial documents

  • Support invoice checking, documentation tracking, and record keeping

Operations Updates & Coordination

  • Assist in monitoring ongoing operations and updating internal trackers

  • Liaise with internal teams to gather operational status updates

General Support & Ad-Hoc Matters

  • Provide general support to the team as required

  • Assist with special projects, research, or process improvements

  • Carry out any other reasonable tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or recent graduate (business, maritime studies, logistics, or related fields preferred)

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, basic reporting, and documentation

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
